Molly Rice is the Head of Health Meets Wellness’ yoga program and brings over 15 years of yoga practice, 12 years of professional teaching and training to the program and is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
Rice is trained in and teaches Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Thai Yoga Massage, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Reiki Healing. She helped build the program based on her lifelong fascination with movement and her passion for psychology and integrating the mind-body connection through movement.
