Lauren Cadwallader is a talented and accomplished professional with a background in research, data analytics, and agriculture with a passion for health and wellness. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Georgetown University. During that time, she continued to pursue her interest in health by conducting research in Rhonda Friedman’s Neuropsychology lab at the Georgetown University School of Medicine. Lauren went on to receive her Project Management certificate from Google and continues to research health topics and enjoys applying data in a clinical setting.
Lauren’s science career led her to farming in California and a deep dive into regenerative agriculture. She applied her vast knowledge of biology in places like Stemple Creek Ranch and Toluma Farms in Tomales. She also has start-up experience working as the General Manager for Sagra Farms as well as in the wine industry. Lauren has successfully started two wine labels, while also farming her own wine grapes in Napa and Sonoma, CA.
At Health Meets Wellness, Lauren combines her analytical mind with her strong logistics background to help promote meaningful growth and development in a health and wellness setting. In addition to her professional pursuits, Lauren has a great love for the outdoors and volunteers with Sonoma Family Meals. She prides herself on knowing where all of her food comes from and when she’s not in the office you might find her rock climbing, camping or hiking in the hills.
