Elizabeth Sharp, MD, IFMCP, and our training experts offer virtual strength training programs that you can use in the comfort of your own home.

You will have access to your personalized strength training program through our Member app. Our programs include step-by-step instructional videos created by the VP of Performance and exercise professionals at the Milwaukee Bucks.
Through our concierge membership plan, our team provides in-office strength assessments and customizes a daily exercise routine to improve your strength, boost your energy, and support your longevity. Additionally, exercise science professionals can recommend a strength training program for people with chronic health issues that limit their mobility, such as Obesity, Arthritis, Diabetes, Heart disease, and Osteoporosis.
